LSY-04G系列眼膜自動(dòng)灌裝機(jī)有四工位、六工位兩種設(shè)備，設(shè)備采用通過式加工，PLC控制，精確定量泵灌裝。整個(gè)真空吸袋、定量灌裝、熱封、自動(dòng)下料過程全自動(dòng)化完成。各工位工藝參數(shù)獨(dú)立編程控制，定量泵灌裝具備程序微調(diào)補(bǔ)償功能，精度達(dá)到±0.5g。設(shè)備整體安全防護(hù)及故障自診斷采用歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

 LSY-04G multi-station automatic eye mask filling machine has two kinds of model for four stations and six-station, processing style be used by passing through conveying, equipped with PLC control, precision filling with dosing pump. The entire process is complete automation for vacuum discharge bag, dosing filling, hot seal, automatic exit. Process parameters for each station independent programming control, dosing filling have the fine-tuning compensation function, the accuracy reach + / - 0.5 g. Equipment overall safety protection and fault self-diagnosis meet European standards.
