氣墊BB/CC霜自動(dòng)灌裝機(jī)采用轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)加工方式，PLC控制，伺服定量精確灌裝。整個(gè)灌裝、壓料、真空吸附出料過(guò)程全自動(dòng)化完成。各工位工藝參數(shù)獨(dú)立編程控制，伺服定量灌裝具備程序微調(diào)補(bǔ)償功能，精度達(dá)到±1g。設(shè)備整體安全防護(hù)及故障自診斷采用歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Air cushion BB/CC cream automatic filling machine adopts rotary structure model with PLC control, precision filling equip with servo system. The entire process is complete automation for filling, press fix ring, vacuum adsorption exit. The process parameters for each station are independent programming control, servo dosing filling have the fine-tuning compensation function, the accuracy reach + / - 1 g. Equipment overall safety protection and fault self-diagnosis meet European standards.
